Cochran has been a trusted vendor for New Balance at many of our locations, but I have had the pleasure of working with them at our global headquarters at 100 Guest Street in Brighton, MA. The range of services they offer is substantial and I know that whether it is a straight-forward project or one that requires “out of the box” thinking, they are the GC for me. They show up when they say they will and I never have to wait long for one of their staff to be on site, be it for estimation or production. R.M. Cochran has been a vendor for many years and has been involved on a wide array of both interior and exterior projects. Most prominently has been the exterior masonry restoration of our historic mill building, commonly referred to as the Ayer Mill Building. In addition to knowing their craft very well, these projects required significant coordination with our team to avoid the interruption of business and clients. In all cases, they scheduled, communicated and performed very well. R.M. Cochran has also completed projects that require the renovation of interior work spaces, structural work, and custom installations of industry specific items. Again, for all of these projects, the result was excellent. They are proficient at documentation as well. In addition to permitting, they have met with historic agencies on our behalf, created image mockups of what projects may look like, and created project reports at the end of a job. I cannot ask for a more reliable and effective contractor than R.M. Cochran and we will continue to use them as much as we can."
